fresh cow and sheep’s milk and is totally different
experience from white cheese. Cow and sheep’s kackavall
derives from the colour, taste and texture. Cow’s
Kackavall has lighter colour, is sweeter and softer. Made
from sheep’s milk it has a stronger flavour with
touch of acidity due to its freshness.
